Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Marisa Roche Makeup, I aim to provide a professional and reliable service for every client. Please take a moment to read the policy below before booking:
General Appointments:
- At this time, deposits are not required for regular makeup, brows or eyelash appointments.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows your appointment time to be offered to someone else.
Bridal Makeup Bookings:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit confirms your booking and ensures that your chosen date and time are reserved exclusively for you.
- The deposit is non transferable and non refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes in plans.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the wedding.
